On behalf of His Majesty the King, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn anointed the Buddhist Lent candles, which His Majesty the King will for use in worshipping the Triple Gem and various Buddhist stupas at the royal temples in Bangkok and other provinces during the upcoming Buddhist Lent for the Year 2025, at Srapathum Palace. On this auspicious occasion, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn granted an audience to Acting Major Adisak Noisuwan, Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province, and Mr. Kraisorn Kongchalat, Governor of Khon Kaen Province, to receive the royal Lent candles to be offered as an act of worship during the Buddhist Lent at Wat Si Ubon Rattanaram in Muang Ubon Ratchathani District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, and Wat That in Muang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province.
